Since we print on demand at production hubs near you, processing times are swift, typically within 1-2 business days. Shipping is equally efficient, with most orders arriving in 3-5 business days worldwide. Our localized printing speeds up delivery, so you get your art fast and fresh off the press.

Our return policy is designed with the uniqueness of your custom-printed items in mind. We offer refunds or exchanges solely in the event of damage or defects, and we must be notified within 2 days of delivery. To initiate a claim for a damaged item, please contact us to art@wallartk.com with:

1. Clear photos of the damages to the item;
2. Photos of the packaging, including both the interior and exterior.

These photographs are essential for processing insurance claims. Once we have reviewed the claim, we will expedite the dispatch of a replacement to you. There’s no need to return the damaged item, eliminating any further inconvenience to you.

Please note that returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damage are not accepted, as each product is individually created on-demand and cannot be restocked or resold. This policy ensures that our resources are dedicated to delivering high-quality, made-to-order products for each customer.

Our packaging is tailored to ensure your posters arrive in pristine condition and is dependent on the poster size as well as the production and destination country. Here’s how we do it:

• Flat Packaging: For poster sizes up to A4, we use flat packaging to keep the posters smooth and protected.
• Tube Packaging: For poster sizes larger than A4, we typically ship in tubes to safeguard against creases and bends.

Country-Specific Packaging Exceptions:

• Mailing Tubes: In Denmark, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria, we use mailing tubes.
• Triangular/Rectangular Tubes: In the United States, Canada, and Brazil, we opt for triangular or rectangular tubes, which provide additional rigidity and protection during transit.

Each type of packaging is selected to minimize the risk of damage and ensure that your poster is delivered in perfect condition, ready for display.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Absolutely! While we do ship internationally, it’s worth noting that most of our orders are printed and shipped locally thanks to our extensive network of 130 production hubs in 28 countries. This means that regardless of where you are in the world, there’s a good chance your poster will be printed close to home, reducing shipping times and environmental impact. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless and eco-friendly service, no matter your global location.

Caring for your poster is key to its longevity. To preserve your poster, keep it away from direct sunlight and high-humidity areas. If you choose to frame your poster, our framed options come with UV-resistant protective plexiglass, which helps protect the artwork from sun damage and maintains the vibrancy of the colors.

For posters not yet framed, we recommend handling them with care, ideally with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves. When it comes time to frame, consider using archival-quality materials and acid-free matting to provide additional protection against environmental factors.

Regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth can help maintain the clarity of the plexiglass. Avoid using chemical cleaners on the plexiglass or the poster itself, as these can damage the materials. With these precautions, your poster will remain a striking part of your space for years to come.
