- Checkout Process: Once you’ve selected your art, proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide shipping information, choose a payment method, and review your order details before finalizing.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a unique order number. Please keep this number for future reference.
After your order
- Processing: Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take additional time, as specified on the product page.
- Shipping: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and international shipping. Shipping times and costs will be detailed at checkout.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns and Exchanges
Our products are custom-made to order, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. For any concerns:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos of the damage or print issue at art@wallartk.com for a replacement or refund.
- Other Returns/Exchanges: We only accept returns for damage or print quality issues due to the custom nature of our products.
- Initiating Returns/Exchanges: Email us at art@wallartk.com with your order number, product details, and damage photos. We’ll guide you on the next steps.
