Before your order
- Find Your Art: Navigate our curated collection of wall art to find the perfect piece for your space. You can search by category, artist, or color scheme to narrow down your options.
- Customization: For select pieces, you may choose sizes, frames, and other customization options to ensure the artwork fits your space perfectly.
- Checkout Process: Once you’ve selected your art, proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide shipping information, choose a payment method, and review your order details before finalizing.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a unique order number. Please keep this number for future reference.
After your order
- Processing: Your order will be produced within 2–4 business days (longer for framed orders, since the frame is added after printing). Custom orders may take additional time, as specified on the product page.
- Shipping: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and international shipping. Shipping times and costs will be detailed at checkout.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns and Exchanges
Our products are custom-made to order, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. For any concerns:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage or print issue at art@wallartk.com for a replacement or refund.
- Other Returns/Exchanges: We only accept returns for damage or print quality issues due to the custom nature of our products.
- Initiating Returns/Exchanges: Email us at art@wallartk.com with your order number, product details, and damage photos. We’ll guide you on the next steps.
