Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a link to download five high-resolution PNG files. Returns:
- For Damaged or Defective Items: If you encounter any damage or issues with print quality upon receiving your product, please inform us within 14 days. We request photos of the defect for verification. Upon confirmation, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
- Other Returns: Due to the customized nature of our prints, returns for reasons other than damage or quality concerns cannot be accepted.
Exchanges:
